How to book?

You can book through the booking form, choose the dates and the apartment that suits you. In the second step, please add number of adults, so the tourist tax will be calculated (if you don’t add number of adults, your total bill will not be correct, tourist tax will not be calculated).

In order to confirm your reservation, prepayment is needed (prepayment is 30% of total price). You can make a payment with your credit card or via Western Union.

Is my prepayment refundable?

  • YES
    If you must cancel your arrival, we will do our best to come up with a solution which is suitable for both parties, so nobody has any loss. If you do not cancel your reservation at the last moment (few days before your arrival) and we have enough time to rent your apartment, we will return your prepayment in full amount (only money sending fee will be deducted).

    But if you do not cancel on time, or you do not show at all, we reserve a right to keep your prepayment as a small compensation for our loss coming from your cancellation.

Is the price per person or per apartment?

Prices are set for apartment.
But the price depends on the number of persons.

Example: if 2 persons book a 4-bed apartment, they will pay less for an apartment than 4 persons resting in the same apartment.

Just set the number of adults/children, and you will get a total price for your stay.

Important: add the number of adults in the second step of making a reservation, so that the tourist tax can be calculated, otherwise you will not get the total price for your stay

What does the price include?

Following services are included:
– bed linen (changed after 5 days or upon your request)
– set of towels (2 for each person, changed after 3 days or upon your request)
– use of Wi-Fi
– use of air conditioner
– cable TV
– baby cot

Will I be sharing something with other guests (kitchen, bathroom, etc...)?

  • NO
    Each apartment is an independent unit, with all necessary equipment:
    – Kitchen/kitchenette with refrigerator
    – Bathroom
    – Air conditioner
    – Cab TV
    – Balcony
    – Wireless Internet
    – Hairdryer
    – Baby cot available
    – Iron and ironing board

Hot water?

Each apartment is equipped with its water heater (boiler).
Its capacity is approximately for 3 showers, after 20min water is heated up again.

Do you provide us with beach equipment (beach towels, swimming suits...)

  • NO
    Guests must bring their own equipment used at the beach.
    Only parasol is provided.

Is the beach in Petrovac sandy or covered with stones?

Beach is sandy. Also, other beaches near Petrovac are sandy.

Can you meet me at the airport and take me to my apartment?

  • YES
    We provide such service for our clients. We will wait for you at the airport with your name on a piece of paper. This service is paid extra

What about parking for my car?

Parking is paid 5€ per day. Parking is provided in the shade of olive trees, just next to the house. It is necessary to announce your arrival by car. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for your car.

Are there any additional fees at your accommodation?

  • YES
    – Tourist tax (1.00€ per adult per day)
    – Parking (5€ per day)
    – Transfer from the airport (40€/45€)
    – Washing service (3€ per wash)
    is not included in the price of your  apartment.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is from 15:00pm,
check-out time is till 10:00am in the morning.

If you arrive earlier than check-in time, you will be able to leave your luggage and wait on a shared terrace, under the shade of grapes, until your apartment is ready.

If your apartment is ready sooner than 15pm (cleaned from the previous guests), you will be able to settle in it immediately.

Since check-out is till 10:00h in the morning, if your flight back is later in the afternoon, you can leave your luggage with us and go for a walk or even to the beach for a swim.
In case nobody is coming to your apartment on the day of your departure, you will be allowed to stay longer without surcharge.

What is STUDIO apartment, what does it mean?

STUDIO means that the apartment does not have a separate sleeping room, that all is located in one room (beds, kitchen, sitting area).
STUDIO is a name for that type of apartment.

Kitchen and kitchenette, what is the difference?

Kitchenette (mini kitchen) stands for 2 hot plates, sink, smaller fridge and all dishes needed for preparing food, while kitchen stands for a kitchen with a stove which means you have an oven also. Complete food preparation is possible in both types of course (all necessary equipment/dishes are there), the oven is the main difference and the fact that you have more room and a bigger refrigerator in a kitchen.
Studio Apartments have mini kitchens, One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Apartments have kitchens.

What about iron and ironing board?

All apartments have their own iron and board.

Do you provide a hairdryer?

  • YES
    Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

Is smoking allowed?

  • NO
    Smoking is not allowed inside, but since each apartment has a balcony and there is a big shared balcony for all guests, guests smoke outside, so nobody is bothered with smoke.

Meal plan?

We do not offer any kind of meal plan, guests prepare their own food in their apartment.

Do you accept pets?

  • NO
    Sorry, we do not accept pets.
